When you submit a request, the following information will be stored. • Any details entered in the contact form such as name and email address. • IP address.
How do we use your data?
Your data is used for the purpose that you have contacted me. Where required it may be used to invite you to join Apples beta development program.
Your data will only be stored as long as necessary to deal with your request. If you choose to join the beta program your details will be stored for the duration you are in the beta program.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your data will never be sold or used for advertising. The following people will have access to your data: • Member of the Arrow Tracer team. • If you agree to join the Arrow Tracer beta program your details will be passed on to Apple to allow you to join the program • 3rd party software providers used to assist in tracking your requests. Your data will be stored by a trusted 3rd party that provides help desk functionality. If you are invited to join the Arrow Tracer beta program and you agree I will share your details with Apple as they facilitate the beta program.
